What this site is

Part 107 HQ offers practice questions, mock exams and study guides for the FAA Remote Pilot (Part 107) knowledge test. Independent study site. Not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) or any test provider. Our questions are written for practice; they are not the FAA's test questions.

Paid study plans

• Question Bank is $19, Exam Ready is $39, and Exam Ready Plus is $59, in USD, unless a different price is shown at checkout. Each is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
• Every paid plan gives one person access to the complete question bank, explanations and current chart questions on their own devices, for as long as we operate the site. Exam Ready and Plus add randomized mock exams, topic analysis, a daily study plan and focused practice. Plus also includes printable reference cards and final-review worksheets.
• The free fixed mock exam, basic progress statistics and study guides remain available to everyone. The paid tools use your local answer history; your practice scores and study priorities do not predict or guarantee a real exam result.
• An internet connection is needed to verify your purchase when you open paid tools. Plus buyers can also save the revision pack for personal offline study.
• Automatic upgrades and price credits are not offered. Contact us before purchasing a different plan if you already own one.
• Your access code is personal. Do not share it, resell it or publish our questions, explanations or images. Plus buyers may print or save the revision pack for their own study; that does not permit redistribution. We may end access that is shared or used to copy the content.
• We keep improving the question bank. Questions may be added, corrected, replaced or removed, for example when the FAA changes a rule or the test.

Refund policy

• Within 7 days of purchase you can request a full refund, no questions asked, on My access. The refund goes back to your original payment method. Paid access ends only after a full refund succeeds. You keep access while the refund is processing or if it fails; you can check its status on My access.
• After 7 days, write to us if something went wrong, for example if you were charged twice; we will look at every case.
• Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. A dispute suspends paid access; contact us to resolve it.
• Successful full refunds and disputes revoke online paid access when a device next verifies the purchase. Partial refunds do not end access. Revision copies already printed or saved on your device cannot be removed remotely.

Accuracy

We base every question on official FAA sources and cite them, and we correct confirmed mistakes. Still, regulations and the test change, and errors can happen. The site is a study aid: it is not legal advice and does not replace the official regulations, FAA publications or your own judgment as a remote pilot. Passing the FAA test is not guaranteed.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape or copy the site in bulk, try to get around the paywall, interfere with the site or use it for anything unlawful.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version; changes do not affect purchases made before them in a way that takes away what you paid for.
